“As a business, we were getting to the stage that we felt we needed more presence online, and doing a HR 101 Toolkit for anyone coming onto our website or YouTube channel was the best route for us to go down.

After putting out a tender for what we wanted from our video project, we pulled together several quotes. While Pixelwave wasn’t the lowest of the quotes, it was the discussions with JP that sold it for us. He was able to answer all our queries there and then, as well as responding in a very timely manner to our email queries when we had more queries.

I also did research and looked at the videos of each company, and felt that Pixelwave offered the best quality content, as well as being closely aligned with what we wanted from the project.

During the planning phase, all our queries were answered well in advance, and the format of how the day and videos would look all put in place. Even with the restrictions that were in place for COVID, JP talked us through all the measures that had been put in place and we felt very comfortable attending on site during this strange time.

On the day of filming JP was amazing at making us feel at ease and helping us through each video. As this was our first time on video, naturally we were very nervous but JP kept us calm, gave us great feedback and kept the schedule and day on track so that we didn’t get too tired and lose the energy we wanted to portray in the videos.

During the editing phase, JP was there every time we wanted to change something, making professional recommendations and ensured that the videos we received were of the highest quality and were exactly what we wanted.

I cannot recommend Pixelwave Creative and JP enough to people. They will always be the company we return to for any future projects we have, and who we send clients to.”

I commissioned Pixelwave Creative to support my interactive marketing brochure with great video content and they have produced a fantastic result.

From start to finish I knew I had selected the right partner for this project. JP took time to listen to my needs and reviewed the brief with expertise offering valuable detail and suggestions. The storyboarding reflected exactly what I wanted to achieve and gave me a sense of confidence going forward.

The shoot itself was really well managed and the team helped me relax in what is always a difficult challenge being in front of the camera. The on the day direction was what I needed and really supportive.

The final edits were completed quickly and utilised some great graphics and video cuts and the background music was perfectly matched.

The videos sit as a set in my digital brochure but were developed in such as way that I can also deploy them individual across my social media channels.

Pixelwave Creative have produced two animated videos recently for my company. The first was a fun Christmas message and recently a brilliant video showing our old brand transforming into our new one. Really enjoyed the experience of working with Pixelwave. We had seen some of the previous high quality work created by them so brought them in to have a chat about our project. We wanted to create a "mockumentary" style light hearted video to share more of our story. The team at Pixelwave quickly understood what we wanted to do and shared their knowledge and experience on how to make it work.

We were going to do the filming on a Monday but due to circumstances out of our control we had to change it on short notice. Pixelwave did everything they could to accommodate this for us and we're extremely grateful. The team were great to work with, both full of energy but easy going. They equipment they brought to film was really high quality and we were fully involved in the whole process.

Once filming was done, most of the work is then done by them in their studio. Communication was great at this stage and they got a first draft to us within 48 hours. At this point to can really see how well thought out the shots are to create that final product that the viewer will see.

Overall we're all really happy with the video which can be viewed on our Busy Bins Facebook Page. I would recommend them to other people on the look out for reliable and high quality video content.
