Having bought some of Michelle’s linocut prints at an Open studio event, I had often wondered how they were made, and wanted to have a go myself. Michelle’s workshop was the perfect way to have a go in a relaxed way without worrying about getting it wrong. I’ve now bought my own tools and am practicing at home. It’s a very absorbing activity and Michelle is a good teacher.

Michelle’s prints are highly original (and because of the hand made nature of their production, each one is slightly different from its predecessor), beautifully conceived and executed and great value for money - where else can you obtain an original piece of art for less than £30? Several of her lino cuts adorn my house and I recommend them to all and sundry without qualification.

I frequently buy cards and prints from Michelle for birthdays, special moments and gifts as they are so beautiful and without doubt, everyone I have given these to are delighted, including those I have bought for myself. She is super-talented and all her products are so well made. I have also attended one of her lino-cutting workshops and they are both informative and great fun. Amazing experience! I got the workshop as a present for my birthday and fully enjoyed it. Michelle is a very good teacher, her studio has everything you need and the results of a day's work (no matter how much you knew about linocut before) are great!

I have always admired linocuts and prints, but never imagined I could make one (as a not-particularly arty person). How wrong I was!

Michelle is a skilled, encouraging and patient teacher, and helped me to learn the various techniques. After a few hours of calm, focused practice and a generous slice of cake in her sunny studio, I came away with a gorgeous print of my own that I treasure.
