Katie is a skilled and creative designer. We had a lot of ideas around how our site should be structured and the content we wanted to present. Katie was able to challenge us about what she thought would work well and what wouldn't, recommending better alternatives. We are delighted with the result - cognition-cloud.com. We have a second phase we are planning to work with Katie to implement later this year.

Not only are we happy with the final result, but the process of getting there was also relatively smooth and straightforward. We like to work with people who do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. We've worked with other companies that make all sorts of promises and then don't deliver. Katie was realistic and fairly conservative with timescales and we never had to chase. If she couldn't do something in a certain time frame, she told us up front.
