Steve is a very engaging presenter, pitching the webinar at a level that can be understood by attendees of all roles and levels. I attended the webinar as I feel that we should all continue to grow and develop our knowledge set in order to provide the best service to our own emplyers/clients, and it is fair to say that the webinar gave me some very useful information.

Attended a seminar with Steve yesterday and found his delivery of what is ordinarily quite complex and difficult information to comprehend, really concise and easy to follow! Essential first contacted me three years ago and offered a free SEO review. These sorts of free reviews are usually glib documents meant to baffle you with jargon. Not so the one I got from Essential. It was thorough, easy to understand and crucially useful. The report wasn't followed up with a hard sales pitch, either. We didn't use them at the time, but recently I needed to hire an agency to manage our pay per click. Essential stepped in. Set up was simple and quick. So far they have out-performed - smashed - our previous agency in terms of results. They are also more hands on. Every week, I get to have a conversation with my account manager, Oscar. It feels like I retain more control over the account, even though it's essential who are doing all of the hard work. Still, I'm not too proud to accept some of the reflected glory. But with every client / supplier relationship, it's not just their technical expertise. Essential are friendly, open and honest to deal with. Their business model puts those qualities at the heart of the way they operate. I highly recommend them.

Being a novice when it comes to all things SEO; I joined a webinar hosting by Steve, Emily and the team from Essential to find out more.

The info they delivered was insightful, very easy to understand and it was definitely a great use of my time. I’ve come away with some great tips to get me started, and we’ll definitely be considering Essential for any future SEO work we require.
