Gemma is a fantastic childminder with lots of creative ideas. When we dropped alfie off he didn't even look back to say goodbye as he was so content and at home with Gemma.
She has a great selection of educational toys and is not afraid to get her hands dirty getting stuck in with creative activities.
She makes sure the children get outside often to the parks, playgroups and for walks to the local duck pond.
Gemma is very professional and I would highly recommend her.

My son has now turned 2 and has been going to little gems since he was 10 months old. Returning to work after mat leave is always a difficult time however Gemma made this so much easier as I knew he was being well cared for and entertained. They go on trips daily; varying from playgroups to the zoo. We genuinely couldn't ask for more from a childminder or childcare. She has created a fantastic learning environment and my little one has come on leaps and bounds and we receive daily updates of his activities. Definitely recommend.

Cannot fault Little Gemms at all. From the begining Gemma was fantastic, my daughter was only 18months old when she started there and 8 when she left and that was only because of lockdown. The daily activities, days out and the fun that Little Gemms provides is second to non, Ive seen so many children progress so much and come on leaps and bounds.
Gemma is so caring and supportive to all the children and treats them all as individuals and nurtures that individuality. The food she provides is healthy and enjoyable and she has them all in a routine. I would highly recommend Little Gemms to everyone.

Gemma has been the childminder to my toddler since January 2021! And looks after her full time.
I’ve been so happy with the care that P receives when in Gemma’s care and the progress she has made since attending. Gemma is always welcoming and P has a great time playing with her little gem friends, and the toys/activities Gemma provides.
Gemma is very friendly, professional and has amazing communication with myself about P - working together to ensure we’re doing the best for her.
We love Gemma so much that I use her for holiday care for my eldest too and he also has a great time doing plenty of activities including outdoor play and exercise.
Gemma provides amazing home cooked meals for the children and healthy snacks throughout the day and provides a daily diary detailing what P has done each day which includes development milestones, food & drinks, nappy/toileting updates and sleep times. This helps me to feel included as I’m aware of what she has done so I can talk to P about her day.
All in all I am throughly happy with the care that Gemma provides both my children when in her care and I am sure that being in a positive, friendly and welcoming environment is allowing P to achieve her milestones, gain confidence and grow into an independent friendly little girl. I would 100% recommend Gemma as a childminder!

Both my two boys went to Little Gemms Childminding. Both my boys settled very quickly with Gemma and I knew they were always very well looked after. I chose Little Gemms over another childminder as Gemma made me feel so relaxed and the fact they get to go out and about to different places was a big bonus. Gemma also sent pictures and updates during the day to reassure you as a parent.

Absolutely fantastic childminder , all 3 of my children have attended and have loved it ! Gemma creates a brilliant bond with the children and provides a fun and safe space for the children, aswel as fun days out , highly recommend her 😀

My son absolutely loves going to Gemma! I find it so much better than a private nursery because the kids get out and not just stuck in all the time! He always comes home with a big smile on his face and now when we drive past he points and asks to go so I know he loves it!!
