This is my third website in 13 years! The speed, understanding of my company and therefore the ‘brief’ that I needed for my new website was phenomenal. We needed some kind of software to help us keep track on our jobs, booking them in, tracking the various processes from initial enquiry through production to the final invoice. Ben suggested Trello. I had played with the free version of Trello in the past but didn't really have time to see it's full potential & didn't really get the benefit. Ben convinced me to give it another go he set up Trello we opted for the paid version it's alot more powerful, he linked a google sheet using Zapier so we could input every job giving it a unique job number. Once set up he came in & gave all staff training the time this has saved us alone is worth every penny. We can instantly see what's going on where jobs are in production. I would highly recommend Ben & Marmalade. I've since asked Ben to set up our New CRM system which he is currently on with
