In early April 2020 Tom Wardman of MM:Growth organised a Brand Power Hour with brand specialist Col Gray for me. Prior to the meeting I presented them with my thoughts and ideas and the time spent in their company was very valuable to me.

The most important message was that you need to put yourself in the customer shoes, identify your customer profile and then target your customers with solutions for their pain points, while the brand name you opt for should reflect this.

The brand needs to have a strap line.. like Nike that clearly identifies what you are all about and what is on offer. Once that has been identified you can identify which media to use and what frequency something that MM:Growth can certainly help you with ... Read their 9 step blue print for developing a solid marketing plan.

I very much enjoyed the power hour .. it certainly helped me identify my next steps.

I recommend MM:Growth to anybody looking for marketing solutions or approaches to their business in the new new environment of multi media and how to interact with your customer base.

So now it is up to me and the brands I represent to create that emotional connection with the customers.

We have been using MM:Growth for digital marketing at Orthokind and the other Specialist Orthodontic Group practices for several years now, with great success. They bring a knowledge of the 'digital world' that is hard to beat - they are responsive to my other marketing needs outside of their brief and are always happy to help. Previously I worked with several other specialist dental marketing agencies that cost money and delivered very little.
